Outstanding Customer Service at Highland VW While traveling out of town, our Tiguan unfortunately broke down on a Sunday, forcing us to leave it behind and arrange for towing the next day. From the very start, Gabby at Highland VW was incredibly communicative, keeping us informed through every step of the process. Although the repair was more costly than we had hoped, we appreciated the fact that the issue was addressed promptly. However, after picking up the vehicle, we noticed fluid leakage and had to take it to our local VW dealership for further assessment. Concerned that this problem hadn’t been initially caught at Highland, I reached out to Gabby, and she went above and beyond—coordinating with our local dealership to ensure the issue was fully resolved and covered. Some time ago,I had my 2013 volkswagen diagnosed with a flywheel replacement as well as an exhaust flap. When I finally brought it in for repair, there were other issues as well that needed to addressed. JOE GREEN the service manager WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only keep his promise on the previously stated quote from the initial diagnosis,but made it extremely affordable to pay for the issues that were found later. I was a little inconvienced with how long i had to wait for the final repair diagnosis,but he made sure to keep me up to date AND once the car was ready,he had it dropped off in my driveway to make up for the wait. Joe was very professional along with being fair. If professionalism & fairness are what you look for,visit Highland Volkswagen...I am a regular customer here & I definitely recommend this location!!!!!!!
