We also were told that while the paperwork was being done the car was being cleaned and the gas tank filled up. When we finally left, the tank only had enough gas for 120 miles. I went in for a simple oil change and left with more problems than I came in with. First, my oil was overfilled to the point that my car displayed a warning saying, “Please reduce oil.” Then, my skid plate was not reattached properly, which caused it to come loose and drag while I was driving on the Bishop Ford Expressway on my way to work.
