Some time ago,I had my 2013 volkswagen diagnosed with a flywheel replacement as well as an exhaust flap. When I finally brought it in for repair, there were other issues as well that needed to addressed. I didn’t feel that anything about this car was explained to us. We are pretty much left trying to figure it out ourselves and there’s so much to understand about the technology. No one ever followed up to send us an envelope to send our trade in spare key back, no one ever reached out to set up an appt to buff out the large scratch that they gave it to us with and our car was BRAND NEW.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Highland Volkswagen that felt like a classic bait-and-switch. On March 3, Anthony Williams (Sales Manager) reached out, claiming they would buy me out of my lease due to a shortage of used vehicles. This seemed like a good opportunity, so I made time to visit the dealership.
