At first, I was disappointed with my experience. I was given a poor salesman, Alex Ortiz, who did not only not introduce himself, but did not ask my fiancé and I’s names. He went through the entire 30 minute process this way. When introduced to the sales manager, he tried to get us to sign on the car same day, even though we had stated we would need to come back with my fiancé’s parents. I called the GM and he set us up with Joe. Joe is a 10/10, great service!! He is honest and made everything smooth.

Came back seven months after purchasing a 2025 and got into a 2026 VW Atlas Cross Sport. Once again, met with nothing but customer service, honestly, quickness, and a low stress transaction. Joe, Nick and Mike were efficient and super human focused. There is a reason I went back just seven months later for a different color and pano sunroof 🙂 Joe is the real deal.
