This Terms and Conditions agreement (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and SKA Motors Highland LLC d/b/a City Volkswagen of Highland (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.cityvwofhighland.com/ (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site.

The Site is powered by Dealer Inspire, Inc., which provides the website platform and related technology. SKA Motors Highland LLC d/b/a City Volkswagen of Highland owns the dealership content on the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You will not: (a) engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; (b) disrupt or interfere with the Site’s functionality or security; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any data or systems; or (d) use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Products and Services
Our Site may describe new and used vehicles, parts, accessories, and automotive service offerings. All descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory and appointments displayed on the Site are not guaranteed and are subject to prior sale or prior booking. Submitting a quote request, appointment request, deposit, or parts order through the Site is an offer subject to our acceptance and does not by itself create a binding purchase contract. Binding terms for vehicle purchases, financing, leasing, trade-ins, and service work are set out in the written agreements you sign at the dealership (or as otherwise required by Indiana and federal law). Those written agreements control if they conflict with Site content.
Pricing
Advertised prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may exclude taxes, title, license, registration, documentary fees, destination charges, dealer-installed options, and other fees. If we discover a pricing or inventory error related to your inquiry, we will contact you with corrected information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials – is the property of SKA Motors Highland LLC d/b/a City Volkswagen of Highland or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for temporary viewing or printing a reasonable number of pages for personal use.

You agree that any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought exclusively in the courts of Lake County, Indiana or, if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
